Unfilter Using Mods Also there are two unique daggers, a staf and a ring. The other things is unique heavy armor set called The Keepers of Hattu and a unique guard shiled of Helgen. In addition to everything else you get your own home in Helgen which is a private tower with nice interior, very big storage room (10-15 display cases, 10-15 mannequins, a storage for every type of armor and weapons) and cavern with statues of your achievments. The voices were all different and matched the personalities of the characters perfectly. Also the voice acting was very well done. We had the nice old man, the slightly high nord, the kind but fierce nord woman, the bitchy Thalmor Justiciar(more bitchy than Elenwen) and etc. The characters, even if not that many, were well rounded and each had their distinct personality. The mod also adds several new places including nordic ruin, thalmor prison, dwemer ruim, cave arena, shipwreck, two other caves and questionable tavern. It kept me interested, wanting for more and wondering in what kind of things I will get myself into. With so much going on I was concerned that the pacing will be a problem but it was very well done. And all this shifting from reality to ghostly vision was creepy af -SPOILER.
However it turned out into sad story that somehow involved a Daedric warlock. SPOILER- One of them was to investigate a haunted mine. All of the quests were unique and seemingly ordinary until some of them turn out in entirely different direction. However the quest somehow connected pit fights, visiting ruins, ravaging bandit camps, fighting Thalmors, dealing with slave trade, being seduced in a brothel, to the story which is to rebuild Helgen. By reading the description you'll think that it will be simple enough, just meeting some people, aranging a couple of things and Helgen is rebuilt. I don't know from where to begin without spoiling it. However Helgen Reborn is one of the most popular mods out there so I will share my thoughts on it. In my Mod Hunters posts I usually suggest mods that I have used and that are not first ones to see.
